Give a listen to this new track “Star” by heavy hitters Andrew Garcia, D-Pryde & G Seven. The message is good, but I’m still undecided on how nod-worthy I will find this track 3 years from now. It reminds me a lot of tracks from Lupe Fiasco’s most recent album, which I don’t feel is a true representation of the music he wanted to put out if he were to have pure creative control. I’m kind of in an anti overproduced beat mindset right now so of course my opinion is simply… my opinion. I think its because I’m dwelling in the past right now and reminiscing over the old school tracks that I’ve posted/will be posting today.
